Thomas E. McKee as a general contractor and developer of residential and commercial properties founded Timco Construction, Inc. in 1957. The company has grown rapidly and today focuses on the building needs of the health care industry.
Since 1982, when Tim McKee joined the company, Timco has focused primarily on construction and real estate projects for physician groups throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. In addition, Timco has completed a significant number of hospital new construction and renovation projects.
