Tim McKee (President)
After receiving his MBA from the University of St. Thomas,
Tim joined the Timco team and immediately began to make his mark on the company’s
core disciplines. Tim aggressively pushed the company into commercial construction
and more specifically into the medical field. Today, Tim is the President of the
company and active in all aspects of the company business.

Tom McKee (Founder)
Tom is the original founder of Timco and continues today in a
management-consulting role. Tom started the business in 1957 as a residential builder
and grew the business by providing quality construction, on time and on budget.
The business grew rapidly through referrals and a continuing focus on the customer.
Tom still plays an active role in the project management and Industry consulting.

David Hatfield (Controller)
Dave joined the Timco team in 2003. He has many years of hands-on experience in the wholesale/retail industries that
include responsibility for financial reporting and budgeting as well as facility development and construction.
Dave has a B.S. Degree from St. Cloud State University with a major in Accounting. He is actively involved in Timco's financial
and human resources functions.

Kirby Skoog (Senior Project Manager)
As Senior Project Manager, Kirby provides day-to-day leadership for the entire construction team and is a direct contact with the owner’s staff.
Kirby prepares project budgets and schedules and attends all pre-construction and construction coordination meetings. He is responsible for estimating,
bidding, value engineering, construction management, and implementation of construction projects. Kirby is a registered architect in the state of Minnesota.
He has over 25 years of experience in design and construction management in all aspects of architecture and construction. Kirby has an excellent track
record of completing projects on time and within budget.

Nate Downing(Project Manager)
In his role as Project Manager, Nate provides day-to-day leadership for the entire construction team and is a direct contact with the owner’s staff.
Nate prepares project budgets, schedules and attends all pre-construction and construction coordination meetings.
Nate works hand-in-hand with jobsite superintendents to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. His construction management degree has given him the necessary skills to succeed in project management and estimating.
In college, Nate worked for a residential/commerical builder in the field, framing and pouring concrete. Nate is able to draw on his past field experience to help him better understand construction methods of today.

Eric Kobeska (Project Manager)
In his role as Project Manager, Eric provides day-to-day leadership for the entire construction team and is a direct contact with the owner’s staff.
Eric prepares project budgets, schedules and attends all pre-construction and construction coordination meetings.
In addition, Eric's responsiblities include Timco Construction's scheduling of manpower on an everyday basis.
His B.S. Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Construction Management aids him in project management.
Eric grew up in the construction business, having spent time as a general laborer for an excavating company. This provided groundwork for Eric's progression into a Timco Project Manager.

Adam Bomstad (Construction Engineer)
In his role as a Construction Engineer, Adam provides day-to-day coordination of shop drawings and city requirements. Adam prepares project schedules, quantity takeoffs, estimates, and solicits and reviews subcontractors bids.
Adam works hand-in-hand with jobsite superintendents and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. His B.S. Degree in Construction Management and minor in Business Administration have given him the necessary skills to succeed in the construction industry.
In college, Adam worked for a commercial roofing and sheet metal company as a laborer. Later in college, Adam owned a residential painting and remodeling company. Adam is able to draw on his past field experience and education to help him understand the construction industry today.

Randy Christensen (General Superintendent)
Randy is celebrating his 32th year with Timco Construction, starting in 1974.
Randy just completed a new facility for Associated Eye Care in Stillwater and is about to break ground for another new facility in St. Michael for Allina Medical Hospital.
He was also responsible for completion of the Elk Ridge Medical Facility for Allina Mercy Hospital along with Columbia Park Medical Group's new two-story facility in Brooklyn Park. He has been responsible for
over $35 million of medical construction in his career.

Lennie Ness (Field Superintendent)
Lennie has over 30 years of experience, he has been with Timco since 1995. His experience provides your project with the proper coordination, quality, budget,and schedule control.
Lennie has completed the following projects: Minnesota Gastroenterology- Maplewood & Eagan, Minnesota Eye Consultants-ASC in Maplewood, Bloomington and Sartell, Camden Phsicians- Minneapolis and Maple Grove along with Gallery Bariatrics- St. Paul.
Lennie is currently concentrating on Apple Valley Medical Center addition, remodel and parking lot expanision. He has been responsible for over $20 million of construction in his career.

Todd Zwak(Field Superintendent)
Todd's construction experience of more than 29 years is a real asset to Timco Construction because not only does he serve as a field superintendent,
when needed he also assumes a project management role. Todd joined the Timco team in 1997 and has installed 6 CT Scans, 25 MRI's and 1 PET Scanner thus far in his construction career with us. Todd has completed several projects at WestHealth, Southdale
Medical Building Expansion, Allina Medical Clinic in Edina & Minneapolis- Medical Arts Building on Nicollet Mall, Consulting Radiology in Plymouth and the Institute for Low Back and Neck Care in Plymouth, Minneapolis and Bloomington. He currently is heading up Allina Medical Clinic addition and remodel in Northfield. He has been responsible for over $30 million of medical construction in his career.

Wayne Peterson (Field Superintendent)
With over 22 years of construction experience, Wayne provides your project with proper coordination,quality, budget and schedule control. Starting with Timco in 1993 Wayne has since been responsible for all of Timco's Mercy and some of Unity projects. One of the
many projects Wayne has completed is a three year, eight million dollar remodeling project
at Allina Mercy Hospital. Currently he is responsible for the front entry remodel at Unity along with the cafeteria remodels at Unity and Mercy Hospitals. He has been responsible for over $30 million of medical construction
in his career.

LeRoy Konen (Field Superintendent)
As Field Superintendent with over 28 years of construction experience, LeRoy is responsible for all day-to-day aspects of a construction project.
Daily operations include proper coordination, quality and schedule control. LeRoy joined the Timco team in 1999. A few of LeRoy's recently completed projects include: Columbia Park Medical Clinic- Blaine, CDI- Sartell ,Sister Kinney in Fridley, Davita Dialysis in Coon Rapids & New Hope, FMC St. Paul
and Associated Oral & Maxillofacical in Fridley. During LeRoy's career, he has been responsible for over $5 million of construction.

Nathan Muhonen (Field Superintendent)
Nathan has been in the construction industry for over 26 years, he started with Timco in 1995. He is responsible for all of Timco's Unity Projects. Some of the
Unity Hospital Projects Nathan has completed include: 2 West Remodel, 3 West Remodel and Control and Anesthesiology. Other projects he has completed include many phases of remodeling the Lyric building, Allina Medical Clinic- Uptown and Institute for Low Back and Neck Care- St. Paul.
He is currently working on the cafeteria remodels at Abbott Northwestern Hospital and United Hospital along with remodeling at HCMC. He has been responsible for over $8 million of medical construction in his career.

John Ledin (Field Superintendent)
John's has over 24 years of construction experience that he used to help provide your project with proper coordination,
quality, budget and schedule control. John started as a carpenter with Timco in 1989 and has since, become a superintendent with us. John has completed the following projects: Minnhealth in Woodbury,
White Bear Lake Care Center, Woodbury Villa Greenhouse, numerous projects at the 910 Medical Building, Riverway Clinic, St. Paul Radiology, HealthEAst, Summit Orthopeadics and Noran Clinics. He is currently working a new dialysis clinc for DaVita in Cottage Grove along with Vitreoretinal Surgery Clinic in Oakdale. He has been responsible for over $13 million of construction projects in his career.

Peter Johnson (Field Superintendent)
As Field Superintendent, Peter is responsible for all aspects of the daily operations at
your project site. After 19 years in the construction industry, Pete joined Timco in 2003 and all his experience provides proper coordination,
quality, budget and schedule control. Pete has completed several projects at the 910 Medical Building, Retina Center, Quest Diagnostic
and WestHealth. He recently completed Allina Medical Clinic- West Health, Edina Eye- Burnsville, and Healthlink Corporate Office- Edina. He is currently working with Noran upgrading their MRI & CT scanners. He has been responsible for over $10 million of construction
in his career.
